This was one of my go to puree’s when first starting solids. It was one of the easiest recipes since there was no cooking required. The banana and avocado pairs so well together and creates a beautiful creamy texture. You can adjust the consistency to your liking by adding less or more breastmilk/formula.
Both bananas and avocados are rich in essential nutrients—bananas provide potassium and vitamins B6 and C, while avocados offer healthy fats, fiber, and vitamins E, C, and K. This combination supports your baby’s overall growth and brain development.
