This recipe is for 7 month baby & up
I know I probably say this about a lot of recipes, but these Broccoli Sweet Potato Salmon Tots are one of my favorites!
These tots are “THE TOT” if you are looking for something really soft to transition your baby from purees to finger foods or if they are practicing BLW. The tot shape is perfect for little hands to grasp, making them an excellent finger food for toddlers and young children. The texture is super soft, making it easy for your little one’s to chew, all while learning how to self-feed, with your supervision of course. What I love about these, it has all the nutrients your little one needs in one little tot, making it a great option for lunch or dinner. They are very easy and simple to make, with just 3 wholesome ingredients and come out tasting delicious. They are also freezer-friendly, making it a great option to meal-prep and store in the freezer. When ready to serve, just pull a few out and heat up in the microwave for about 30 seconds. I hope you guys like these as much as we do!
Sweet Potato Salmon Tots are excellent to put in your baby’s daycare lunchbox, since it is a complete meal in a tot. You have your healthy carbs, protein and fiber all in one. Being super versatile, you can serve it as a snack, an easy lunch idea or for baby’s dinner.
