Grapes get a bad rap early on, because of their shape they are considered a choking hazard and I was always nervous serving it, so instead I introduced grapes early on with this delicious homemade grape jelly recipe. If you have grapes that are going to go bad, instead of throwing them out make this quick jelly for you and your little one to have throughout the week. It is made with 1 ingredient only, GRAPES! It is such a yummy, sweet treat, and can be considered a healthy dessert. Grapes have high amounts of antioxidants, Vitamin C, K, potassium, fiber & more!

Ingredients

Adjust Servings
2 handfuls of seedless grapes Green or red will work

Directions

Wash & peel your grapes
Mark as complete

Add to small pot and cook on low heat, covered for 15 min
Mark as complete

Mash grapes really well and cook for an additional 15 min uncovered
Mark as complete

Once ready allow it to completely cool so it thickens up nicely and store in closed container
Depending on what grapes you use, jelly can come out green colored or dark purplish, both are really yummy

Storage instructions- store in refrigerator for up to 1 week
