This easy, no cook, yummy pudding is a wonderful recipe when starting solids. You literally don’t have to cook or steam anything, just throw your ingredients into a blender and this healthy, delicious pudding-like puree comes out perfect every time. Since kiwis are a little more acidic I would suggest serving this puree to 7 months and up, when baby’s digestion is a little stronger, but all ingredients are safe for 6+ months.
