Papaya is one of my favorite fruits and makes for the easiest, yummiest fruit puree. It is sweet in taste and very versatile, so if you’d like to add some banana with it or strawberries it would work really well. For some reason papaya is very underrated, but it is such a super fruit, it is packed with lots of essential nutrients like vitamins A and C, folate, and fiber, which support your baby’s immune system, vision, and digestion. It is easy on the stomach and great for digestion, making it a wonderful fruit when starting solids.
