Zucchini Banana Oatmeal

This warm, nourishing, flavorful oatmeal comes out so creamy and delicious, your little one will surely enjoy it, and so will you, you won’t even be able to tell that there is zucchini in there. It’s packed with fiber, carbs, magnesium, iron, zinc & more! Hope you guys like it as much as we do!
For older babies and toddlers you can use instant oats, since it is thinner in texture.
For younger babies around 6-8 months you can use baby oats or oat flour.

1/2 ripe banana | |
1/4 zucchini puree | |
2 tbsp oats | |
2 oz boiled water |
Optional
Splash or breastmilk or formula |
Directions

Steam zucchini for 15 min and blend
For younger babies I recommend peeling zucchini for smooth texture
Mark as complete

Add to pot with oats, mashed banana and add water
Mark as complete

Cook for 10 min and if need add a little more water until desired consistency

Notes
Storage instructions- try and eat this same day, as banana can brown easily
