1/2 tbsp almond butter
1/2 date
1 tsp ground flaxseed
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup almond milk or any non-dairy milk

Add all your ingredients to a blender and blend!
If you want to add ice to your portion, serve baby's portion and continue to add ice to yours
