This healthy, simple hummus is easy to make with minimal ingredients and all in all takes around 10 minutes to put together. It’s a great addition to add to baby’s diet and can easily be used as a dip for vegetables, spread on toast or sandwiches, or mixed into purees and mashed foods . Chickpeas are a great way to incorporate more iron and protein to baby’s diet, containing various vitamins and minerals, including folate, vitamin B6, phosphorus, and manganese. These nutrients support energy production, bone health, and overall immunity.

  1. Wash off chickpeas from liquid in can
  1. Add to food processor with olive oil and lemon, cumin and water and blend I like to slowly add the water and blend a little each time, until you reach desired consistency
