  1. Add coconut oil to small pot
  1. Add skinless peaches
  1. Cover on low-medium heat and cook for 5 min
  1. Mash well and add cinnamon
  1. Cover for additional 5 min on low heat
  1. Add date syrup, stir and let cool
  1. Once cool store in airtight glass container
