This recipe is for 7 month baby & up
Smoothies are always my go-to for a healthy snack option or when I want to get extra nutrients in for the kids, especially if I feel like they haven’t eaten a lot and this Blackberry Coconut Smoothie is a true delight. This smoothie is a refreshing and nutritious drink that blends the tart sweetness of ripe blackberries with the creamy richness of coconut milk.
This vibrant smoothie is not only visually appealing with its deep purple hue but also packed with health benefits. Blackberries are rich in antioxidants, vitamin C, and fiber, supporting immune health and digestion, while coconut milk adds a dose of healthy fats that provide long-lasting energy and promote brain development. Blended together with a date and a ripe banana for natural sweetness, a few spinach leaves for added nutrition, this smoothie is both delicious and satisfying. The tropical notes of coconut perfectly complement the bright, juicy flavor of blackberries, creating a smoothie that’s both indulgent and nourishing. Ideal for breakfast, a snack, or even a healthy dessert, this blackberry coconut smoothie is a delightful way to enjoy a taste of the tropics while fueling your body with essential nutrients.
