Ingredients

Directions

  1. Steam broccoli for 15 minutes
  1. In the meantime preheat oven to 375F
  1. Once broccoli is ready add to bowl and mash
  1. Add cheese, almond flour and mix
  1. Start forming your bites into bite size tater tot shapes and add to baking tray. Make sure to add parchment paper on baking tray, so the bites don't stick.
  1. Spray with a little oil and bake for 10 minutes
  1. Let cool for 10 minutes and serve! I served with some steamed carrots and strawberries.
