-I like to use gold potatoes, they come out so yummy and easier to eat, but you can use russet or Idaho if preferred.

-Cut the potato into 2 inch wedges for little ones.

-When stirring the cheese sauce, it must be on low heat, stirring frequently. This is very important, low and slow. If you put it on high the cheese will seperate.

-I prefer using an air fryer for the potatoes, but if you don’t have one you can use your oven.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut potato into 2 inch wedges
  1. Add olive oil, salt and mix
  1. Air fry for 15-17 minutes on 400F or bake in oven on 400F for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy
  1. In the meantime blend cottage cheese and grate cheddar cheese
  1. Add cheeses to sauce pan with a little milk and stir on low heat, frequently stirring for 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted through Make sure to do it slow and low, if not cheese can seperate
  1. When ready add fries to plate with cheese dip and enjoy!
