Ingredients & Substitutions:
Potato- I used gold potatoes in this recipe, I think they work best and have the smoothest texture. I don’t recommend replacing it.
Green Peas- If you don’t have peas you can replace this with another veggie of choice, like carrot or broccoli.
Cheese- You can choose any shredded cheese of choice. I like to use a mix of mozzarella and cheddar. For dairy-free option you can add about 2-3 tbsp flour of choice or gluten-free flour to help bind the patty together.
