Apple Date Walnut Puree

This recipe is for 6+ months

Apple date walnut puree is a delicious and nutritious option for babies, combining the natural sweetness of apples and dates with the rich, nutty flavor of walnuts. This puree is packed with essential vitamins, minerals, and healthy fats, making it a wholesome choice for your little one. Walnuts are considered a tree-nut, which is an allergen, so if you haven’t introduced it yet to baby this is a good puree to try it with and you can start with a small amount and work your way up.

Walnuts are truly one of my favorite nuts and I like to try and incorporate it into my little one’s diet whenever I can. They are rich with so many different vitamins and minerals, including magnesium, potassium, zinc, folate, calcium, Vitamin’s A, C, K, calcium and more. They are considered the ultimate brain food,  helping with your child’s brain development by increasing memory and boosting brain cell activity, it even resembles a brain if you look at it!
