A simple, 3 ingredient cookie recipe if baby is starting finger foods and trying out different textures. I am always on the search for healthy, nutritious snacks to have on hand and this one does not disappoint! Who doesn’t love a butter cookie, I know I do. Baby Butter Cookies are delightful, soft, and lightly sweetened treats specifically designed for little ones. These cookies are made with simple, wholesome ingredients, ensuring they are gentle on a baby’s developing digestive system while providing a tasty and satisfying snack. Made with oat flour for added fiber and nutrients, unsalted butter for healthy fats, and sweetened with a spotty banana, these cookies are both nourishing and delicious.

Ingredients & Substitutions:

Oats- I used instant oats, but you can use rolled oats as well. You can replace oats with almond flour if preferred.

Grass-Fed Unsalted Butter- You can substitute the butter with coconut oil for dairy-free option.

Optional Additions:

Ingredients

Adjust Servings
1 ripe banana The riper the banana, the sweeter the cookie
1 cup ground oats
2-2 1/2 tbsp melted grass-fed butter

Directions

Blend 1 cup oats into oat flour
Mark as complete

Mash one banana in mixing bowl
Mark as complete

Add oat flour and melted butter and mix everything till it forms a dough
Pour the butter in slowly to see how much is needed (if banana is bigger you will need a little less butter)
Mark as complete

Take spoonful's and make a thinner cookie shape
Mark as complete

Add to baking sheet
Mark as complete

Bake on 350 F for 10 min
Mark as complete

Notes

Storage instructions- store on counter for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 1 month
