Baby’s 1st Chicken Curry

This gentle, flavorful dish crafted specifically for little ones, introducing them to the delightful tastes and textures of a mild curry. This nutritious meal combines tender pieces of chicken with a medley of baby-friendly vegetables, all simmered in a creamy, lightly spiced sauce that’s perfect for young palates.

 

For babies younger than 8 months you can puree pieces of chicken, veggies with some sauce and for older babies you can serve as is over rice.

 

Baby’s 1st Chicken Curry

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut onion, garlic, potato, zucchini, carrot and grate tomato
  1. Add avocado oil to pot
  1. Add onion, curry powder, turmeric, black pepper and sauté for a few min to bring out the flavors
  1. Add garlic cloves, mix and add chicken
  1. Sear chicken for about 3 min on each side
  1. Add grated tomato and 1 1/2 cups water
  1. Bring to a boil, cover and put in oven for 40 min on 375 F
  1. After 40 min take out of oven and add all the veggies, cover and put back into oven for additional 30 min
  1. Once ready debone all your chicken and put back into pot
  1. Mash or blend for baby and serve
