This Chicken Soup was my go-to recipe when both my kids were starting out solids. Till this day we make a big pot of it once a week and the whole family enjoys it together! How to make a bigger batch for the whole family:
We make this soup once a week in our house. For a bigger batch I take a large pot and fill halfway with water. Once boiling I add about 3 pieces of chicken leg quarters with the drumstick and add carrots, celery, sweet potato and sometimes onion and butternut squash. Season accordingly and serve over some rice or cous cous for the older kids and adults. It is so healthy and nourishing to the body, I can't recommend it enough.
