Broccoli Carrot Potato Tots

This recipe is for 7+ months

I remember how nervous I was when trying finger foods for the first time with my baby, I was so worried about him choking or stuffing his mouth too much, I had to make him the softest finger food that could be and these broccoli carrot potato tots are just that. At first I would feed it to him until I realized I have to put my faith in him a little more and let him hold the tot, after a few tries we were getting somewhere!

If you are looking for a safe, soft, transition food from puree’s, you have to try this recipe. It only has 4 ingredients and is made in a few simple steps. They are also great for meal prepping, put all your leftovers in the freezer and when ready to eat just pop it for a few seconds in the microwave or toaster oven and voila!

I didn’t add any seasonings, but you can add some garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, some low-sodium cheese, whatever you and your baby prefer.
