Wash, peel and steam potato, carrot, cauliflower for 15 minutes

When ready add to bowl with shredded cheese and mix

With a tablespoon scoop mixture and form tots into longer shaped logs and place on baking tray

Spray with oil and bake for 15 minutes on 375 F After 10 minutes of cook time I recommend checking on the tots. If you see them becoming more of a splat shape take them out and put them back into shape with a fork, add back into oven for remaining time
