Cauliflower Puree- I chose cauliflower since it’s white in color and you can’t see it in the bread, but you can use another veggie of choice like sweet potato.
Butter- I brushed a little butter on top of the rolls, but you can replace with oil or egg wash.

Prepare the cauliflower puree by steaming 3/4 of a cauliflower head until soft (for about 10-15 minutes), then blend into a smooth purée. Add very little steamed water just for it to blend through

In mixing bowl add self-rising flour, along with cauliflower puree and mix into a shaggy dough

To a clean surface add a little flour, add the shaggy dough, add the shredded cheese and knead for a minute until you get a unified dough Add a little flour to your hands so dough doesn't stick to you

Preheat oven to 375 F and start shaping the dough, cut into 4-6 pieces

Roll pieces of the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping it into a round disc about ½ inch thick, kind of like a biscuit and brush the top with egg wash or butter

Bake for 10-12 minutes, cool and enjoy!
Note
Storage instructions- can refrigerate for 2-3 days or freeze for up to 1 month
When reheating you can use a toaster, toaster oven or oven.
