Tips for Success:

-Make sure when buying the salmon you ask for skin off.

-Cube salmon into smaller pieces making it easy for little one’s to eat.

-Add parchment paper to baking tray, so it doesn’t stick on tray.

-When adding to tray lay them out flat not on top one another, so they crisp up nicely.

-You can use an air fryer if preferred. If you do I would take them out after 12-13 minutes.

What you need:

Mixing Bowl

Baking Tray

Parchment Paper

Substitutions:

Salmon- You can use farm raised or wild Atlantic Salmon.

Olive oil- I recommend using olive oil in this recipe, if you don’t have olive oil you can use any other neutral oil.

Breadcrumbs- You can use any breadcrumbs, panko, gluten-free breadcrumbs or make homemade breadcrumbs.

Dash Seasoning (Salt-Free)- This seasoning is very important in this recipe, a lot of the flavor is from the seasoning and adds to the crispy texture. You can use Dash Seasoning Original or I used the Garlic Herb Dash Seasoning (Salt Free).

Date Syrup- You can replace the date syrup with honey for 12 months and up.
