Ingredients

Adjust Servings
1 cauliflower head
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp black pepper
optional
salt (OMIT for younger babies)

Directions

Preheat oven to 400F
Mark as complete

In the meantime chop cauliflower florets into smaller pieces

Add olive oil, parmesan, salt, pepper, paprika and coat all the cauliflower

Add to baking tray lined with parchment paper, spread it out into a single layer and bake for 25-30 minutes until soft with crispy edges

Notes

Storage instructions- Refrigerator: Let the roasted cauliflower cool completely, then store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheating: Reheat in the oven or air fryer to bring back the crispy edges. The microwave will soften it. Freezing: Do not freeze. Freezing changes the texture and makes the cauliflower mushy once reheated.
