Mango Banana Chia Pudding

Mango Banana Chia Pudding for Babies 8 Months & Up

As babies grow and reach the 8-month milestone, their digestion matures, allowing them to enjoy a wider variety of textures and ingredients. That’s the perfect time to introduce a creamy, naturally sweet, and nutrient-packed meal like this Mango Banana Chia Pudding — ideal for babies, toddlers, and even older siblings.

With tropical fruits and plant-based ingredients, this pudding is as delicious as it is nourishing. It’s gentle on the tummy, quick to prepare, and can be made ahead, which is a huge win on busy mornings.

A Tropical Start to the Day:

Made with coconut milk, this version turns into a creamy tropical delight that feels like a treat, but it’s made entirely from whole food ingredients. The combination of mango, banana, and coconut creates a naturally sweet and fragrant flavor that little ones love and parents too! This is definitely an easy breakfast that I share with my little one. This is a fantastic first “pudding” for babies starting to transition from purées to more textured foods, and it’s packed with benefits to support their development.
