Matzah French Toast

✡️ Matzah French Toast (Easy Kid-Friendly Passover Breakfast)

With Passover coming up, it can sometimes feel tricky to find easy, kid-friendly recipes that still feel exciting and delicious. After a few days of eating matzah in the usual ways, everyone starts wanting something different. That’s exactly why this matzah French toast is such a great recipe to have during the holiday.

This recipe transforms simple matzah into a warm, comforting breakfast that tastes similar to classic French toast. It’s soft on the inside, lightly golden on the outside, and incredibly satisfying. The best part is that it uses very simple ingredients you probably already have at home during Passover.

All you need is matzah, eggs, milk (or non-dairy milk), vanilla, and a little butter for cooking. The matzah is broken into pieces and soaked in the egg mixture, which softens it and gives it that classic French toast texture. Then you simply scoop spoonfuls into a warm pan and cook until golden brown.

The result is a delicious breakfast that both kids and adults will happily eat, and it’s such a nice change from your typical matzah with cream cheese. This matzah French toast is one of those recipes that makes Passover feel a little more fun and exciting for kids. It’s warm, comforting, easy to make, and perfect for busy mornings during the holiday. Once you try it, it might just become a new Passover tradition in your home. ✡️🥞🍓
