This yummy puree is a great way to introduce fruits to your baby’s diet. All three fruits are easily digested making this a great “first foods” puree for your little one. The apples and pears are filled with fibre and pectin, helping those little bowels start to process solids the right way and the banana gives those healthy carbohydrates and have folate, potassium, Vitamin B6 & more! This one really comes out delicious and smooth, if you are in the first stages of introducing foods, you have to give it a try.

1/2 apple | |
1/2 banana Make sure to use a spotty banana, as it is easier to digest | |
1 oz steamed water, breastmilk or formula |
Directions

Step 1
Wash, peel and cut apple and pear
Mark as complete

Step 2
Steam for 15 min
Mark as complete
3.
Step 3
Add steamed fruit to blender, along with banana and liquid of choice
Mark as complete
4.
Step 4
Blend until desired consistency
Mark as complete
