What you need:

A steamer and blender, I like to use my Beaba Baby cook. It has both in one and makes things easy!

 

Tip:

After steaming all the ingredients you can blend with your choice of liquid. Either the steamed hot water, breastmilk or formula. You only need a splash since the pear and zucchini hold a lot of water.

Ingredients

Adjust Servings
1 pear
1/4 of a zucchini
1/4 cup spinach can be raw or frozen
Splash of steamed water

Directions

Wash and peel pear and zucchini
Mark as complete

Add pear, spinach and zucchini to steamer for 15 min
Mark as complete

When ready blend with splash of water until desired consistency
Mark as complete

Notes

Storage instructions- can refrigerate for 1-2 days or freeze for up to 1 month
