Pumpkin Banana Walnut Tahini Puree

This recipe is for 6+ months

The creaminess and smoothness of this puree comes out so good, you have to try it for your little ones!

This delicious and nutritious puree is a great choice for babies, combining the natural sweetness of bananas with the rich, creamy texture of pumpkin, healthy fats from the tahini and walnut, it is packed with essential vitamins and minerals, making it a wholesome choice for your little one. Tahini is an allergen and is actually one that hits close to home. My daughter has a sesame allergy and tahini is a paste made from sesame, so I was initially very nervous when introducing this recipe to my son, I added a small amount of tahini and served it to him for 3 days in a row, luckily he did so well with it and I am beyond grateful that he has no known allergies up till now and I will continue to expose him to sesame over time. Tahini is so beneficial for babies, it is rich in protein, fiber, excellent source of Calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc, potassium & more. If you have not introduced your little one to sesame, this is a great puree to try.
