Ingredients

Adjust Servings
1/2 lb.- 1 lb. lean ground beef
salt to your liking
black pepper
flour tortillas
olive oil for cooking

Directions

Press a thin layer of ground beef onto tortilla (you can press it on the whole tortilla and then cut it like a pizza or press it onto on half of the tortilla and fold over). Season with salt and pepper
Mark as complete

Add a drizzle of olive oil and place beef-side down onto hot skillet. Leave it untouched for 2-3 minutes on high heat

Flip and reduce heat to medium for an additional minute. If you are adding cheese, add it now (I chose to keep it dairy-free)

Notes

These are best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days and reheated in a skillet or air fryer until crispy.
