This recipe is for 6+ months
Not only are these stewed apples delicious, they are healthy, gut friendly and will make your house smell insane!
Stewed apples contain so many benefits and are easily enjoyed alone, over oatmeal, yogurt, you can put it if a puff pastry or more!
If your baby needs some help going to the bathroom, this can definitely help things get moving. Apples release a special kind of fiber called pectin that helps maintain healthy intestinal lining, it promotes a healthy gut and reduces inflammation. Paired with the coconut oil for healthy fats and cinnamon, which supports the immune function, this is a recipe you have to try! You can leave them as is if baby is older, mash or serve as a yummy flavorful puree.
