Can be given to 7+ months
Sweet potato apple tots are a perfect first finger food for babies, combining natural sweetness with soft textures that are easy to eat. Made from mashed sweet potatoes and apples, these tiny tots are gently baked until golden, creating a soft inside with a slightly crisp outside. They are made with just 4 ingredients and are egg and dairy free. Sweet potatoes are rich in vitamins like A and C, while apples add a dose of natural fiber and a hint of sweetness that babies love. These tots are a great way to introduce new flavors and textures, making mealtime fun and nutritious. Their small size and soft consistency make them ideal for little hands to pick up and enjoy, encouraging self-feeding and helping develop fine motor skills. Sweet potato apple tots are a wholesome, homemade alternative to store-bought snacks, offering your baby a delicious start to healthy eating habits.
These are freezer-friendly and great for lunch boxes, I recommend freezing any leftovers for up to 1 month.
