This recipe is for 9 month baby & up
Run and make these soft, pillowy, sweet potato biscuits with cinnamon butter on the side, made with just 4 ingredients!
Sweet potato biscuits with cinnamon butter are a delightful and nutritious treat, perfect for babies and toddlers. These biscuits are made by incorporating mashed sweet potatoes into a traditional biscuit dough, adding natural sweetness and moisture. Sweet potatoes are rich in vitamins A and C, as well as fiber, making these biscuits a healthier alternative to regular ones. The dough is scooped straight on to the baking tray, and baked until fluffy and golden brown.
To complement the sweet potato biscuits, a dollop of cinnamon butter is the perfect addition. This is made by blending unsalted butter with a touch of cinnamon and for older kids you can add a small amount of honey or maple syrup, creating a creamy, spiced spread that enhances the flavor of the biscuits without overwhelming a baby's palate.
The result is a soft, slightly sweet biscuit with a warm, comforting flavor, paired with the aromatic and mildly sweet cinnamon butter. They are easy for little hands to hold and can be served as a snack, breakfast, or alongside a meal. Nutritious and delicious, sweet potato biscuits with cinnamon butter are sure to be a hit with your little one. Great for
