Grate sweet potato

Add grated sweet potato to mixing bowl with ground chicken breast, egg, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, turmeric and mix everything together really well

Add avocado oil to pan and wait till it gets hot and start scooping your fritters onto pan, once its really hot reduce heat to medium and cook each side for about 4 minutes until you get a nice crispy, golden outside
When cooking make sure to flatten the fritter out, most kids don't like them when they are too thick and you will need to add a little more oil when adding more fritters

This step is completely optional- I like to add them to the oven for 10 minutes on 375 F to make sure it is cooked through, but you can use a cooking thermometer to ensure it is cooked through

Storage instructions- can refrigerate for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
