  1. Peel & cut sweet potato into wedges
  1. Coat with olive oil and bake for 15-20 min on 400 F, until soft and lightly brown
  1. In the meantime make your dip, add yogurt, avocado, lemon and garlic powder in small blender and blend
  1. Serve dip on side of sweet potato and enjoy!
