Ingredients

Adjust Servings
4 cups broth (chicken or vegetable)
2 full cups egg noodles (I used wide noodles)
1 cup frozen vegetables (I used peas, green beans, carrots, corn)
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp salt (omit for under 12 months)
pinch of black pepper

In a medium-large pot bring broth to a boil, with salt, pepper, turmeric

Once boiling, add egg noodles and frozen veggies

Cover and cook for 25 minutes on medium heat
check throughout cook time to make sure liquid doesn't dissipate, if needed add 1/2 cup water or broth. I didn't need to but this can vary depending on stove.
