I came up with this recipe when Zion caught a cold and wasn’t in the mood to eat much. It’s an excellent choice when needing a little immune system boost, plus it comes out so delicious! The texture and consistency comes out smooth and creamy, making it great for those little ones that are just now starting solids.

Mango and oranges are full of flavor adding amazing taste to the puree, while the carrot balances out the sweetness and brings it all together. This puree is packed with Vitamin C, Antioxidants, Fiber, Vitamin A and more!

Adjust Servings
1/2 cup Cubed mango Can be frozen or fresh
1/2 carrot
1/2 juice From orange

Directions

Steam carrot for 15 min
Mark as complete

Add mango, carrot and squeeze the juice from orange to blender
Mark as complete

Blend & Enjoy

Storage instructions- can refrigerate for 1-2 days or freeze for up to 1 month
