Ingredients & Substitutions:
Wild Blueberries- We like to use wild blueberries, since they are sweeter in taste and don't have a thick peel, but you can use normal frozen blueberries as well.
Oats- I don't recommend replacing the oats in this recipe. Both instant or rolled oats will work.
Coconut oil- This can be replaced with another neutral oil, for example avocado oil.
Dates- You can substitute the dates with raisins.
Coconut Shreds- If you don't want to roll the balls in coconut shreds, you can leave them as is.
