The texture is super soft, comes together so well and perfect for those tiny learning hands. Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel potatoes and cut heads of asparagus
  1. Put cod and veggies in mixing bowl and drizzle generous amount of oilive oil and lemon juice
  1. Mix well
  1. Steam for 15-18 min, until everything is soft
  1. When ready add to bowl and mash
  1. You can add whichever seasonings you prefer or leave as is
  1. Form your tots
  1. Heat up pan with a little olive oil and brown your tots on each side for a few minutes on medium heat
  1. Let cool & enjoy!
