Sweet Potato Walnut Date Puree: A Nutrient-Packed Delight for Babies 6 months & up

When it comes to introducing nutrient-dense and naturally sweet foods to your baby, a sweet potato walnut date puree checks all the boxes. This is by far one of our favorite purees. it is loaded with so many nutrients from each ingredient and packed with so much yummy flavors. Ingredients

Adjust Servings
1/2 sweet potato
1/2 ripe banana
2 walnuts
1/2 of a date
Splash of water or breastmilk/formula

Directions

Steam sweet potato, walnut and date for 15-18 min
Mark as complete

When ready peel off skin from date
Mark as complete
3.

Add everything to blender along with banana and splash of liquid and blend
Mark as complete

Serve & enjoy

Notes

Storage instructions- can refrigerate for 1-2 days or freeze for up to 1 month
