Pear was the first fruit I introduced to Zion on our starting solids journey. They are naturally sweet, gentle on the stomach, and packed with essential nutrients like fiber, vitamin C, and potassium, making them ideal for your little one. Especially if your little one is having a hard time going to the bathroom, have them eat some pear puree to get things moving.

 

You can serve them pureed, mashed or cut them lengthwise with skin off

Ingredients

Adjust Servings
1 pear
a splash breastmilk/formula or steamed water

Directions

1.

Step 1

Wash, peel and cut your pear
Mark as complete
2.

Step 2

Steam for 10 min
Mark as complete
3.

Step 3

When ready add to blender
You can blend alone, since pears naturally have liquid in them or add steamed water and blend till desired consistency
Mark as complete
