The flavors come together so well and they have so much fun learning and exploring a side dip, it may get messy, but it’s so worth it! Ingredients

Adjust Servings
1 sweet potato
Drizzle of Olive oil
For dip: 2 tbsp plain yogurt
1/2 avocado
Small squirt of lemon
Pinch of garlic powder

Directions

Peel & cut sweet potato into wedges
Mark as complete

Coat with olive oil and bake for 15-20 min on 400 F, until soft and lightly brown
Mark as complete

In the meantime make your dip, add yogurt, avocado, lemon and garlic powder in small blender and blend
Mark as complete

Serve dip on side of sweet potato and enjoy!

Notes

Storage instructions- I don't recommend freezing this recipe, better eaten fresh or can stay in refrigerator for up to 2 days
