For dip: 2 tbsp plain yogurt | |
1/2 avocado | |
Small squirt of lemon | |
Pinch of garlic powder |
Directions

Peel & cut sweet potato into wedges

Coat with olive oil and bake for 15-20 min on 400 F, until soft and lightly brown

In the meantime make your dip, add yogurt, avocado, lemon and garlic powder in small blender and blend

Storage instructions- I don't recommend freezing this recipe, better eaten fresh or can stay in refrigerator for up to 2 days
