Parsnip have lots of Calcium and Vitamin C that will support baby’s immune system, they have a high fiber content that can help with baby’s bowel movement and is rich in folate, thiamine and Vitamin B6, which is essential for a strong nervous system, healthy brain and healthy sleep cycle. If you haven’t introduced parsnip yet to your little one, this is a great recipe to start with.

1/4 of a parsnip
1/2 carrot
1 apple

Directions

Wash, peel and cut your veggies
Mark as complete

Steam for 15 min
Mark as complete

Once ready add to blender with a little steamed water and blend till desired consistency
Mark as complete

Storage instructions- can refrigerate for 1-2 days or freeze for up to 1 month
