A delicious and easy smoothie for mom & baby to share!

Smoothies are always my go to when I feel like my little one needs a little more nutrients throughout his day and this one does not disappoint. It is so easy to make, filled with lots of vitamins and antioxidants and you simply throw all your ingredients in a blender and blend! This fresh and creamy blend can be served at anytime throughout the day or as a healthy snack.

Adjust Servings
1 banana
3-4 strawberries
Handful of blueberries
1 pitted date
1 tbsp plain yogurt
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup filtered water

Add everything to a blender and blend!
If you want take out baby's portion and blend some ice with your portion
Mark as complete
