Creamy Strawberry Ice Cream Pops

Creamy Strawberry Ice Cream Pops – A Sweet Treat for Babies 8 months & up, Toddlers, and Adults

These Creamy Strawberry Ice Cream Pops are a delicious, healthier alternative to store-bought popsicles, made with just three simple ingredients: strawberries, dates, and coconut milk. They’re naturally sweet, dairy-free, and the perfect size for babies, toddlers, older kids and yes, even adults! They are so easy to make, with just 5 min of prep time and freezing for a few hours. My kids love them and I know yours will too! For older kids and adults you can dip them in melted chocolate, it is literally mouthwatering amazing. These Creamy Strawberry Ice Cream Pops are a family favorite: simple, clean ingredients that taste like pure sunshine. Whether you’re handing one to a teething baby, packing a treat for a toddler, or sneaking one for yourself on a hot afternoon, these pops are sure to become a freezer staple!

Why You’ll Love These Creamy Strawberry Pops:

These pops are incredibly creamy thanks to the richness of coconut milk, and the natural sweetness of ripe strawberries and dates means there’s no added sugar or refined sugar. They’re soft enough for little ones to enjoy but still rich and flavorful enough for adults to love too.

Plus, they’re allergy-friendly (no dairy, no nuts) and super easy to make. With no added preservatives or artificial flavors, you can feel good about offering them as a refreshing snack, a teething relief treat, or a simple healthy dessert.

Nutritional Benefits:

These pops aren’t just tasty—they’re packed with nutrition too!

Coconut milk offers healthy fats that support brain development in babies and toddlers, and contribute to lasting energy for everyone.

Strawberries are rich in vitamin C, antioxidants, and fiber, helping to boost immunity and support healthy digestion.

Dates provide natural sweetness along with essential minerals like potassium, magnesium, and iron, which help with energy and muscle function.

Optional for Older Kids & Adults: Chocolate-Dipped Pops

For a fun upgrade, you can dip the frozen pops in melted dark chocolate and quickly return them to the freezer to harden.
Simply melt a little dark chocolate with a little coconut oil, dip the top or whole pop, and place back in the freezer for an extra 20–30 minutes. The chocolate shell adds a delicious crunch!

Storage Tips:

Keep the pops stored in the mold or transfer them to an airtight freezer bag once frozen. They’ll stay fresh for up to 1 month—if they last that long: When removing the pops from the mold, add a little warm water they should slip right out.
