Dairy-Free Peach Ice Cream

This recipe is for 8 month baby & up

Wow! This delicious peach ice cream is made with only 4 simple, healthy ingredients and takes less than 10 min to put together! This is one of my favorites on the blog, the taste is perfection. It is a fun, summer treat for baby, toddler, older kids and adults can enjoy together. If you are looking for healthy toddler desserts you have to give it a try!

This creamy dessert is vegan, allergen-friendly, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free and egg free. Made using ripe, juicy peaches blended with a base of full-fat coconut milk, providing a rich and velvety texture without the need for dairy. Sweetened naturally with dates, and optionally enhanced with a hint of vanilla extract, this ice cream captures the essence of fresh peaches in every bite. The peaches are packed with vitamins A and C, antioxidants, and fiber, making this ice cream not only tasty but also nutritious. Simple to prepare and full of natural flavors, dairy-free peach ice cream is a healthy and indulgent way to cool down and satisfy your sweet tooth on a warm day. Zion and I love this one so much and hope you do too!

You can add this ice cream into popsicle molds or pour into a container, both ways will work!

Substitutions:

Peach: The peach is the star of the show in this recipe, but if your not into it, add some pineapple or banana

Coconut Milk: You can use another non-dairy milk, but might not come out as creamy

Dates: If your children are 12+ months you can swap dates with 3 tbsp of honey or maple syrup

What you need:
