Ingredients

Adjust Servings
2 large or 3 small apples
2/3 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup oil (avocado, olive or coconut oil)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup water (room temperature)
2 cups white spelt flour or all-purpose (sifted)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F

Peel and slice apples into very thin slices

Add apples to mixing bowl, along with maple syrup, oil, vanilla, lemon juice, water and mix everything together coating all the apples

Sift the dry ingredients into the bowl (I use a mesh pasta strainer for this) flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and combine everything really well together

Storage instructions- Room Temperature: Store in a container for up to 4 days.
