Egg-Free Baked Chicken Bites

Egg-Free Baked Chicken Bites: A Kid-Friendly and Allergy-Friendly Meal

Egg-free baked chicken bites have become a staple in my kitchen, especially when making meals for little ones. I love how they offer the perfect balance of crispiness and tenderness without the need for eggs, making them a great option for kids with allergies or sensitivities. Baking instead of frying keeps them light and wholesome, while the simple breadcrumb coating gives them that satisfying crunch kids love. Whether served with a side of roasted veggies, a dip of yogurt, or just on their own, these chicken bites always disappear fast! They’re easy to prepare, family-friendly, and a go-to for lunch, dinner or busy weeknights when I need something quick, nutritious, and delicious.

Why These Egg-Free Chicken Bites Are Perfect for Kids:

Egg-Free & Allergy-Friendly – These little bites are egg-free, dairy-free and nut-free. Safe for kids with egg allergies or sensitivities. You can easily make them gluten-free as well by replacing the breadcrumbs with a gluten-free one.

Baked, Not Fried – A healthier alternative to fried nuggets.
Crispy & Flavorful – Seasoned perfectly and sweetened with date syrup for a delicious taste that everyone can enjoy.
Soft & Easy to Eat – Perfectly tender for toddlers and young kids.
Nutritious Meal– They’re high in protein, easy to chew, and made with wholesome ingredients, making them a great option for lunch, dinner, or even a snack.

Serving Ideas for Different Ages:

  • 11-12 Months: Offer small bite-sized pieces for pincer grasp practice.
  • 12+ Months: Serve as whole nuggets with a dip like ketchup or hummus. Serve along side veggies like cut cucumbers, tomatoes or avocadoes.
  • Toddlers & Adults: Serve whole with your favorite dip!
