Ingredients

Adjust Servings
1 cup oats (instant or rolled)
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F
Mark as complete

To a bowl add dry ingredients- oats, flour, baking powder, baking soda and mix

Add melted coconut oil, honey, vanilla and combine everything together

With tablespoon scoop out spoonfuls and create cookie shape. Add to baking tray lined with parchment paper

Notes

Storage instructions- Room Temperature: Store cooled biscuits in an airtight container for up to 4–5 days. Freezer: Freeze in a zip-top bag for up to 2 months. Thaw at room temperature or warm briefly in a toaster oven before serving.
