Sweet Potato Puree
Sweet potatoes was the second puree I made for Zion, and since they are mostly sweet in taste he really liked it and still does till this day!
Sweet potatoes are a wonderful first food for baby to try, they have a very low allergen risk, great for immune health, brain and nerve function and are high in Vitamin’s A, C, Magnesium, Potassium and more!
You can serve it mashed, pureed or making it easy for baby to swallow or cut in 2 in. pieces lengthwise if you prefer baby led-weaning style
