Ingredients

Adjust Servings
6-7 broccoli florets (frozen or fresh)
3 tbsp flour of choice (I used all-purpose)
2 eggs
2 tbsp full-fat cottage cheese
1/3 cup shredded cheese of choice
avocado oil spray for cooking
Optional
Salt & Pepper (for over 12 months of age)

Directions

Steam broccoli florets for 12-15 minutes until soft
Mark as complete

Add broccoli florets to a bowl mash and add all ingredients- eggs, cottage cheese, cheese, flour and combine everything together
Mark as complete

Spray heated pan with a little oil and start forming your fritters

Cook each side for 3 minutes on medium heat

Cool & serve along side fruit!

Notes

Storage instructions- Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 3 days. Freezer for up to 1 month.
