No-Bake Berry Cream Pie Cups

🍓🥄 No Bake Berry Cream Pie Cups (No Refined Sugar!)

If you need an easy dessert that looks beautiful, tastes incredible, and takes almost no effort, these no bake berry cream pie cups are such a perfect recipe to make. They’re creamy, fresh, lightly sweet, and layered with juicy fruit and a buttery graham cracker crust that tastes just like berry cream pie in cup form.

These dessert cups are especially perfect for summer gatherings, Memorial Day, 4th of July, holidays, BBQs, picnics, or family parties because they’re refreshing, easy to prep ahead, and always a crowd favorite. And unlike many desserts loaded with refined sugar and heavy ingredients, these are naturally sweetened with maple syrup, making them feel lighter and a bit healthier while still tasting completely indulgent.

The best part? They’re completely no bake and incredibly simple to make. Just crush your graham crackers or biscuits for the crust, whip together a homemade cream filling, layer with fresh berries and bananas and chill. That’s it. You can refrigerate them for a few hours or pop them in the freezer for a little while for an even colder, creamier texture. Either way, they come out absolutely delicious and everyone in the family will devour them.

💡 Tips for Success

  • Add a little lemon juice to the bananas so they don’t brown if not eating within 24 hours
  • Don’t overwhip the cream
  • Get little shot glasses for smaller dessert or I used taller glass cups, depending on what size you want to make it
  • Freeze for 1 hour if you want a firmer, ice cream-like texture ✨
  • Don’t use store-bought whipped cream, it taste 100x better when making it fresh at home.
